Hi, my name is Jenn Kautsch and I’m an author, speaker, sober minded coach and the founder of the SoberSis community of over 34,000 women around the world.

As an author, my book “Look Alive, Sis! 40 Days to Awaken Your Sober Mind”, is about stepping into your full potential by becoming more awake, alert, aware, and present in your own life!

As a speaker and teacher, my goal is to encourage everyone to see the value of their presence and offer tools on how to practically live a wholehearted life. I engage the audience through relatable storytelling and use gentle humor to leave listeners relieved and empowered to change. Whether it be a women’s church event, intimate retreat, or large conference stage, I believe the message is one of hope, joy, and FREEDOM from anything that would distract us from our purpose or cause us to live a divided life.

As a leader in the "Sober Curious" movement, it's my passion and life's calling to create a space where women can renegotiate their relationship with alcohol without labels, judgment, or shame. I coach and support women who feel stuck in the "gray area" on the drinking spectrum and help women get off of "auto-pilot" and mindlessly sipping through the habit of wine o'clock. I’m about holistic health and promote freedom from the "detox-to-retox" cycle. I share through the lens of my personal faith, understanding of science, and ability to facilitate connection, and praise be to God - lives are being changed. Every day women are becoming more fully alive through sober minded living and more present in their own amazing lives.
