This Year's Theme Is... Awaken Freedom!
When I think of these two words ("Awaken" & "Freedom"), especially together, I immediately feel vibrant and hopeful. When feeling stuck in the habit of wine o’clock, the best version of ourselves often times "falls asleep" and we begin to experience the opposite of freedom - trapped in “decision prison” by looping through the detox to retox cycle over & over again.
At this year's retreat, we're going to change that for you. We're going to Awaken the Freedom that's been tucked away somewhere deep inside you. Because the truth is... we ALL have a sense of freedom deep inside us that's just simply waiting for us to call upon it. Yet, once you awaken this forgotten freedom that's inside us all, you'll be able to take your sober-minded journey to the next level, allowing you to become more awake, alert, alive and most importantly... present in your own amazing life!
